The duties of the role include:
- Coordinating and managing regulator relationships (PRA, FCA and Lloyd's.
- Providing advice to governing bodies on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assessing the impact of any regulatory developments on the operations of the organisation with regard to compliance.
- Assisting in the development of compliance frameworks to ensure the management of compliance risk.
- Acting as point of contact for the business for all reporting (including financial crime) and whistle blowing.
It is essential for this role that you have previous experience of working in a compliance related role in the insurance industry.
