Job Details
My client is looking for a Senior Manager of Risk (ERM) to join their team. Joining two other qualified actuaries you will be engaged in all regional quantitative analytics projects across Asia (with a specific focus on China) along with fulfilling regional SII and ERM projects.
This is a great opportunity for a technically strong (qualified or nearly qualified) actuary to move into a more nontraditional and commercial role. As a regional risk position you will receive broad exposure to a variety of senior stakeholders i.e regional and local CRO's and a variety of risk/reporting metrics i.e. SCR, RBC and ERM.
They are looking for someone with 6 - 12 years of relevant experience who can ideally speak Mandarin (as your main focus will be the China market) or another Asia language who has the analytical ability to derive results from data and capital figures and translate these into meaningful insights for the senior management.
