Our client, a leading Lloyd's syndicate is currently searching for an ambitious nearly or newly qualified actuary to join their innovative and dynamic team. This fantastic opportunity will offer great exposure to some of the most highly regarded actuaries within the industry, allowing them to lead insurance changing projects independently/as a team and advance their actuarial career to the next level.

 

Key responsibilities:

- All areas of capital modelling (TYCHE) and standard formula.
- All areas of the reserving process (Solv ii + TP's + Planning).
- "Change" project work.
- Management/Project leads.
- Training of actuarial students.
- Exposure to the Chief Actuary, CRO, CFO etc.

 

Successful candidate will have:

-  4+ industry experience.
-  Nearly/newly qualified actuary.
-  Experience within capital modeling and/or reserving (a consultant would be a strong candidate).
-  Excellent IT skills.
