Pricing Lead

A very successful MGA is looking to bring on board an experienced Pricing Analyst/Actuary to act as technical lead within their team. The role will focus on model development, sophisticating existing models as well as leading on the construction of models for a range of new products to be offered by the business this year.

This position would be suitable for and experienced individual (circa 5+ years of experience) with strong data management skills, a deep understanding of GLM modelling and strong commercial awareness. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take on board more responsibility, to drive forward performance within an already very successful business and also to take ownership of the development of new products. The successful candidate will have experience using Emblem specifically, as well as other statistical packages such as R, Radar or Earnix.

The structure of the business is very flat, enabling daily contact with senior individuals and ensuring a collaborative and open culture. The expectation will be that the successful candidate manages their own time and operates highly autonomously.

A generous salary of up to £75,000 is on offer along with study support if required. Flexible working arrangements can be considered where required.
