Job Details
HFG have partnered with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate to assist with their search for a Reinsurance Claims Adjuster.
The main purpose of this role is to manage and adjust Claims for Proportional Treaty business - all Reinsurance lines (Casualty, Property and Marine) from various offices globally, adjust Excess of Loss reinsurance claims on all lines agreed and to assist other adjusters and team members as appropriate.
Skills, Experience and Capabilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge and experience of proportional (quota share) and non proportional (XOL) treaties
- Understanding and application of legal and regulatory issues relating to the policy wordings
- Working knowledge of ECF an advantage
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
