We are looking for a bright, dynamic and talented data analyst to join our client on a full-time basis.

The company provide data analytics solutions for corporate clients on well-being, health and organisational wellness

The role:

  • Supporting the Lead in creating and delivering fresh analytics services and solutions to clients in the insurance and employee benefits world
  • An excellent role for someone starting in a career within data analytics

We are looking for a bright, dynamic and talented data analyst to join our client on a full-time basis.

The company:

  • A boutique, close knit and solutions led team but part of a global insurance/financial services organisation - best of both!
  • Provide data analytics solutions for corporate clients on wellbeing, health and organisational wellness
  • This is a Redhill based role, only a 30 minute commute (direct train) from several London stations including London Bridge and Victoria

The role:

  • Supporting the Lead in creating and delivering fresh analytics services and solutions to clients in the insurance and employee benefits world
  • Working on clients' health/well-being data strategies - where does the data come from, what can be done with it?
  • An excellent role for someone starting in a career within data analytics

The candidate:

  • Graduated 2018 and has been working in a commercial role since then, or undertaking further useful study
  • Degree in a quantitative/STEM subject, excellent academic record including 2:1 or above
  • Able to work in a business environment, willing to learn and excited about working in the field
  • Demonstrable interest in health, well-being, health insurance and/or data science and analytics
  • Good technical skills, Excel essential, if you can code or use any popular statistical packages this would be excellent
  • Team player, and an ability to work with clients as you progress
