Job Details
Fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified or nearly/newly qualified actuary. Our Bermuda based client seeks a motivated and intellectually curious individual to join their non-life team. This role provides the next step for someone developing their career and will offer plenty of opportunity for growth.
The duties involved in this Non-Life trainee actuarial role include:
- Loss reserving analysis
- Insurable risk management
- Financial valuations
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Federal income tax analysis
The successful candidate will be a newly or nearly qualified actuary with non-life experience. Consulting experience is preferred, and candidates should have strong technical and communication skills. Knowledge of spreadsheets and actuarial related reserving and capital modelling software is important for this role.
