Capital Actuary

A leading global insurer is seeking to appoint an experienced Capital Actuary to lead on the development of the capital strategy and team for the UK arm of the business ahead of Brexit.

This position will report directly to the Chief Actuary and see the successful applicant acting as Actuarial Lead for the Brexit Project. The post holder will be responsible for engaging with PRA and any other regulatory bodies as well as building a team and capital modelling capability for the business.

The successful candidate should have experience in leading a team/projects and a deep understanding of capital modelling, paramatisation and regulatory requirements. An attractive salary of circa £100,000 plus benefits/allowances is on offer for this role as well as a great deal of potential for progression within the business moving forwards.
