Job Details
Fairbank Partners are currently working with a Life Insurer based in Scotland in the search for a Nearly/Newly Qualified Actuary to join them on a 6 month contract assignment.
The contract is very likely to extend beyond 6 months.
The Insurance Risk Actuary supports the Chief Actuary to deliver the teams responsibilities. Core activity of the team includes delivery of the Actuarial Function Report and Plans to the Board, oversight of Valuation, Capital Management, Pricing, Reinsurance arrangements and the actuarial aspects of the Partial Internal Model (PIM), together with supporting the Risk team in respect of Insurance Risk including within the Own Risk & Solvency Assessment (ORSA)..
