Job Details
HFG have partnered with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate to assist with their search for an Insurance Operations Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a move into a top Insurance business and gain some strong exposure of Insurance in a busy Lloyd's function.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting all aspects of preparation of the syndicate`s nonsyndicate finance reporting that prevail within the team workload chart.
- Assistance with the enhancement and adoption of common` systems and business processes, to ensure an efficient and effective operational structure in an integrated environment.
- Focal point and conduit for the co-ordination of cross-business unit activities making sure that syndicate priorities are identified and managed within the context of overall activities.
- Provide support to syndicate's Support & Data Manager.
Key requirements
- Strong understanding of the General Insurance market.
- Understanding of the Lloyd's Insurance market.
- Numerate, experienced at working to a high degree of accuracy Sound judgement and time management skills.
- Possess and develop IT skills, and in particular good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
