Job Details
HFG have partnered with a well-regarded Lloyd's market insurer in their search for a new risk analyst. Reporting directly into the CRO the analyst will be expected to provide support on all of the qualitative risk work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work very closely with the CRO for the syndicate gaining great exposure to all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the risk register is kept up to date.
- Liaising with the business to ensure the risk framework is fit for purpose.
- Coordinate general risk reviews.
- Support the ORSA reporting.
- Preparation of reports to risk committee to summarise risk reviews.
- Prepare draft CRO reports for risk committee and board.
Skills required:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification.
- 2 or more years` experience working within the risk function of a syndicate or consultancy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communicator.
- Comfortable working in a team.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
