Capital Modelling - nearly/newly qualified

Fairbank Partners are currently working with a leading insurer who have the need for a Capital Modelling Actuary to join the Capital and Risk team. The role sits at Group level, and will enjoy a breadth of responsibility across technical capital modelling and updates, reporting, and ad-hoc business projects.

The opportunity:

• Work with a leading international insurer, within a team of 10 in London. 
• Gain significant autonomy and responsibility, with the support of experienced Actuaries
• Lead interactions with senior stakeholders - presentations and reports 

Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with business planning, reserving, catastrophe modelling and other teams in the wider group
• Capital model development, documentation and maintenance 

The ideal candidate will be a nearly or newly qualified actuary by FIA or experience with 3+ years capital modelling experience in GI.
