Job Details
Fairbank Partners are assisting a leading UK life insurer in their search for a Nearly or Newly Qualified Asset Modelling Actuary.
The primary focus of the role will be asset modelling for annuities under SII and EC metrics, and the analysis and validation of the modelled results. The opportunity will include:
- Excellent level of senior stakeholder engagement; report writing for various committees and business units.
- Exposure to a large range of asset classes.
- Project-based work, including the investigation of new asset classes and analysis of upcoming bulk annuity deals.
- Flexible working.
The ideal candidate will be a Nearly or Newly Qualified actuary. They will have previous experience working within asset modelling or ALM within a UK life insurer. Internal model experience is advantageous, as is VBA. SII knowledge is essential.
