Senior Actuary - FTC - 12 Months

A large life insurer are currently looking for an actuary to join on a 12 month FTC within their Unit-Linked Governance team. The Senior Actuary can have a background in one or some of the following areas: Unit Linked Governance, Financial Risk, With Profits Management or Capital Monitoring and an excellent salary and package is being offered to the successful actuary to assist them with this area of work.

A 12 month opportunity has become available for a Senior Actuary to join a Unit-Linked Governance team based in Edinburgh.

- The Senior Actuary can have a background in one or some of the following areas: Unit Linked Governance, Financial Risk, With Profits Management or Capital Monitoring

- You can either be part-qualified OR a qualified actuary to apply for this position

- Excellent communication/ influencing skills as you will be liaising data interpretations and results with various people across the business

- Ideally they are looking for somebody with some exposure to audits, and enhancing control frameworks.

- Strong IT skills are required

- Flexible working working is on offer
