Team Leader- Healthcare Consultant

As Team leader the ideal candidate will be required to :

• lead and manage large health benefits client engagements
• Serve as strategic advisor to clients
• Ensure that consultants are maintaining team progress against established budget, timeline and quality standards, as well maintaining good relationships.

The ideal candidate will be:

• At least 10 years' experience in a employee benefits consultancy, with extensive knowledge of Healthcare & Protection products.
• Commercially savvy
• Effective management of people and relationships
• Track record of success in managing large client relationships
