A Personal Lines MGA is looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join their team at a moment of growth, working across all lines of business.
The responsibilities of this role include developing the insurer's Pricing Strategy by suggesting new developments and outlining the benefits that would come with such developments. As well as this, the candidate will be expected to continually help in the development and maintanance of actuarial pricing models and keep an in-depth knowledge of the company's products.
The individual will have a working team of analysts that report into them and they will be expected to manage and coach the analysts.
The role will require the candidate to work closely with the Finance, Claims and underwriting teams, as well as, often liaising with senior stakeholders and board members, thus the candidate must have great communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be a Newly/Nearly Qualified Actuary, experienced in the GI industry, with detailed knowledge of MI software or systems, such as, R, SAS, Excel, VBA, Access and SQL.
