One of the new appointments will be a Pensions& Governance Consultant, expected to provide pensions consulting support and pensions management expertise. They must also be able to demonstrate a breath of knowledge in the running of pension schemes. They should be motivated, and willing participates in the development and marketing of the company. Some of the responsibilities include the organising of trustee meetings, drafting and logging trustee documentation, putting in place risk registers, and deal with regulatory bodies and third parties.
The suitable candidate must have at least 6 years' experience in pensions consulting. They will have acted as a named trustee secretary of a trust-based pension arrangement, and used their experience to support trustees in the fulfilling of their governance and other responsibilities. The candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and must hold a professional pensions qualification, and demonstrate commitment to continued professional development.
