Our client is seeking a part-qualified or qualified GI actuary to join its Dublin office where you will support a number of core workstreams, including the initial calculation of quarterly US GAAP and Irish GAAP claims reserves.

In this key role, you will perform the initial calculation of quarterly and annual Solvency II technical provisions whilst developing, improving and maintaining reserving and Solvency II technical provisions models.

You will also assist in all aspects of the development and implementation of the risk management framework across the company, performing the initial modelling of quarterly and annual regulatory capital.

In addition, you will play a key role in co-ordinating the annual and ad hoc ORSA processes, including running capital projections and running stress and scenario tests.

The successful candidate will possess experience in at least two of the areas of Reserving, Solvency II and Risk Management.

Strong analytical, problem solving and modelling skills also essential.
