You should have a sound understanding of regulations arising from Solvency II and be proficient in the workings of one specialist Capital Modelling software. The ideal candidate would be a qualified who has experience managing a team. If you are qualified by experience then I would be interested to speak with you as well.

You would be in charge of the day to day running of the team and the end to end capital process from data preparation, parameterisation, design, build, implementation as well as governance. As part of a growing commercial firm you should also be an ambitious and confident person. This is a role where leadership is required and you will be dealing with senior stakeholders across the business, The Executive Board and Regulators.
