The Head of Longevity Business Development has an important role in the branch in working with the Head of Longevity to generate and transact profitable new longevity business opportunities, oversee the development of the firms' longevity proposition and develop and maintain strong relationship with new and existing clients.

In addition the Head of Longevity Business Development has responsibility to support the wider Longevity Team where required to deliver the wider Longevity objectives of:

  • Effective management of the Longevity Team
  • Effective management of inforce treaties
  • Delivering Munich Re’s longevity strategy including the Centre of Excellence
  • Supporting / encouraging the development of junior members of the team
