Graduate sought for an Actuarial Graduate Scheme with a leading General Insurance company, recognised as a 'Great Place To Work'. Our client is looking to appoint a graduate to join their renowned Actuarial Graduate Scheme which offers full training and support to qualify as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

Our client underwrites a variety of General Insurance products from Personal Motor to Commercial Property Insurance. You will start in the Reserving team and be involved in calculating adequate levels of reserves to meet future claim liabilities for a variety of different classes of business. You will receive one on one coaching from other experienced Actuaries to ensure your skills develop and have a wide support network of other Actuarial Students to help with your studies.

You will also be offered the opportunity to rotate in to new teams such as Capital Modelling and Pricing as you progress, ensuing you develop a well-rounded skill set as you approach qualification.

Requirements:

- Demonstrable interest in pursuing a career as an Actuary

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a subject with a high mathematical / statistical content

- Strong academic record (A Levels and Degree)

- Good communication skills and an eagerness to learn and develop
