Senior Support Analyst - Customer Services
Our client, a leading reinsurer, is seeking a talented analyst with knowledge of the life and pensions industry to perform high quality analysis and deliver solutions to the business and customers, in-line with the objectives of the department.
You will develop processes and practices within the team to enhance team’s capability and governance framework whilst escalating risks and issues to line management in a timely manner and assisting with implementations of solutions.
In addition, you will hold regular risk workshops for the team, considering and implementing mitigating actions as required.
Knowledge of analysis methodology and practices alongside knowledge of ALPHA tables and parameterisation, trigger processing and ALPHA workplans essential.
