Nearly/ Newly Qualified Actuary - Reporting Process Improvement
Fairbank Partners are assisting a leading UK insurer with their search for a Nearly/ Newly Qualified actuary to join their Reporting team.
The purpose of this role is to assist in the improvement of the efficiency of the reporting processes, and provide technical support in the analysis of results. Further responsibilities include:
- Embedding new reporting tools and reviewing, reporting and consolidating outputs from the modelling platform.
- Managing and mentoring junior staff.
- Communicating with stakeholders and senior colleagues to ensure responsibilities are met.
The ideal candidate will be a Nearly or Newly Qualified actuary, with a minimum of two years’ experience within a UK Life insurer. They should have experience working within Actuarial Reporting, and a knowledge of both reporting procedures and metrics. Previous experience managing junior colleagues is advantageous.
