A unique opportunity for an experienced Head of Pricing to lead the New Business function at a fast-growing start-up in the bulk annuity sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's pricing strategy and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement pricing tools, policies, and processes to support business growth.Work with the Head of Origination to ensure a competitive and differentiated pricing strategy.Oversee the pricing pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality bid submissions.Provide strategic insights to the Board on pricing competitiveness and market positioning.Lead the development of bespoke solutions for complex transactions.Contribute to overall business strategy as part of the Senior Management Team.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Actuary with 10+ years of financial services experience.Extensive expertise in bPA/PRT pricingTechnically astute in relation to R/PythonProven leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and drive innovation.
