Want to move into a Senior position at a top-performing syndicate with only 3 years of experience?

Eames Consulting has partnered with a leading Lloyd's syndicate that is looking to grow its modelling function after an increase of demand from Underwriters. This presents the rare opportunity to move into a senior position at an early stage of your career and take ownership of quarterly reporting and mentor a junior analyst. In this role, the selected candidate will work with the Senior Analyst to develop internal processes, partner with an offshore analytics/modelling function, optimise results for underwriting use, and work closely with Underwriters and other stakeholders to assist with business planning.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 2-4 years of experience in a Nat CAT modelling/exposure management function, strong technical skills, knowledge of Verisk modelling software, and confidence and knowledge to present model results to various stakeholders. Those with 1+ years of experience across any lines of business will also be considered.

To learn more about this rare opportunity to join a new function do not hesitate to get in touch.
