Job Details

My client requires an Actuary or Actuarial Analyst (student, qualified or exam stopper) with Life or Pensions experience to support with model development work. The ideal candidate will be good at coding - any language considered R, Python, VBA etc.
This client is one of the most prestigious Life and Pensions companies. This role brings the opportunity for further work or even a permanent role for the right person!
The company is offering a 5 months initial contract (fixed term contract) with a salary based on experience. You will be supporting specific project work.
Location: London or Home working. A couple of days in the London office would be desirable.
Duration: 5 months + extensions or potential permanent employment
Salary: Fixed Term Contract salary in line with the market. Please note that this role can NOT be hired as a day rate contract.
Required experience:
- Actuarial Background. Current student, qualified or those who have stopped exams will all be considered.
- Life and Pensions industry knowledge
- Coding Literate (ideally Python). You don't need to be a deep expert, but previous experience is beneficial.
