New Vacancy - Claims Adjuster - Multi Lines (12M FTC)

I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's MGA who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their team on a 12M FTC basis to cover maternity.

This role will entail handling Claims for the business across multiple lines in the Lloyd's space. My client covers a range of London Market classes and preference would be Cyber experience, however they are very open. They are looking for someone who is immediately available and can start ASAP and even open to someone in the Claims Ops space who wants to develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively handle claims for the business from the initial notification of loss to settlement, operating within the relevant authority.
  • Take ownership of key binders and accounts to deliver an integrated and data-driven service.
  • Collaborate with a panel of external legal, accounting, and loss adjusting vendors during claims investigations.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate reserving, identifying and pursuing potential subrogation recovery opportunities to minimize leakage.
  • Identify and escalate claims-related issues to the Head of Claims and other relevant parties as necessary.
  • Manage claims bordereaux for a portfolio of delegated accounts and work with claims technicians to facilitate collections from loss funds.
  • Perform general claims administrative duties, including electronic file management, filing, and processing indemnity and expense payments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely and clear communication and advice for key accounts.
  • Coordinate with respective underwriters on policy wording and enhancements, providing claims information and commentary as needed.
