Eames Consulting has partnered with a top-performing syndicate in the search for a Catastrophe/Exposure Management Analyst with 1+ years of experience to join its Property Modelling function.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for Senior Underwriters by delivering modelled results and other analytics.
  • Peer review outsourced modelling results, assist with pre-bind modelling, and explain results to various stakeholders.
  • Assist with quarterly/monthly reporting and present to Underwriters and other stakeholders (regulators, reinsurers, and senior management).
  • Assist with a wide range of speciality projects covering model validation, view of risk research, and process improvement.


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of CAT Modelling software and the ability to have an opinion and defend results (RMS preferred).
  • Strong technical skills (SQL required, Python and other languages are desired).
  • Experience overseeing an offshore modelling function, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Lloyd's reporting experience.
