任职要求：
- 擅长与业务Leader快速建立互信关系。
- 具有丰富的组织发展和人才发展经验，能够制定有效的战略计划和实施方案。
- 扎实的领导力发展项目经验，能针对团队需求制定定制化解决方案。
- 拥有互联网、金融科技或加密货币行业的相关从业经验者优先。
- 优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，能够高效跨文化协作。
