I have partnered with a leading provider of integrated healthcare care services in Switzerland, offering both outpatient and inpatient solutions with a workforce of over 4,000 employees. They are growing their Infrastructure team and they are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join.

Your Tasks:

• Administer and develop system components (Citrix, VM, DECT telephony, etc.).
• Resolve 3rd level support cases as part of the system engineering team.
• Plan and execute system installations, supporting change management.
• Collaborate with service providers and monitor SLA fulfillment.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and ensure compliance with data security and IT security standards.

Your Profile:

• IT training (EFZ/HF/FH) with experience in complex server and network environments (Citrix, Azure, Exchange, Cisco Meraki).
• Skilled in backup, monitoring systems, and device management (HP Device Manager, SCCM).
• Proficient in Powershell and VBA; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded.
• Fluent in German; French and English are advantageous.

This position is hybrid-working based in Bern.
