Looking to join a growing Catastrophe Research function in the London Market?

A leading syndicate is looking for a Catastrophe Research Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in Catastrophe Modelling and Academic background (PhD) to gain recognition within the industry and improve this syndicates view of risk. In this role the successful candidate will focus on model validation and model development projects with some event response responsibilities.

To be successful in this role experience validating catastrophe models and experience using a programming language such as Python and R is necessary. The ideal candidate will also have strong presentation skills and a PhD or Masters (or equivalent) in physical sciences.
