Oliver James is excited to partner with a leading global reinsurer in their search for a Protection Pricing Manager to join their dynamic and growing team in London. After a highly successful year, the business is expanding, and they are looking for a talented individual to help continue their growth.

As a Protection Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering quotes for new business and conducting reviews for existing treaties. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an agile, fast-paced environment while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver pricing for new business and treaty reviews
• Support the analysis of protection pricing, longevity, and experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build strong relationships
• Provide expert pricing insights for in-force transactions

Ideal Candidate:

• FIA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in pricing and experience analysis (ideally within protection, longevity, or reinsurance)
• Solid understanding of the UK protection market (preferred, but not essential)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Additional Information:

• Hybrid working model with 2-3 days in the office in Central London
• Sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates
