I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Bordereaux DA Data Assistant to join their growing Delegated function.

My client is looking for someone with 1/2+ years within a bordereaux processing role, with experience analysing and mapping BDX data. Experience using DDM and DCOM and advantageous for this position as well as a strong background in delegated authority. This role will working alongside the manager as a number two.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating DDM records regularly and inputting mid-term endorsements manually.
• Ensuring Atrium receives Risk, Premium, and Claims data on time and meeting Coverholder standards.
• Quarterly oversight of Risk Level Data bordereaux for the syndicate's RDS exercise, including chasing missing data.
• Following up on overdue bordereaux internally and externally, reporting to DDM Adoption Lead for escalation if necessary.
• Assisting with mapping, uploading, and approving bordereaux on DDM.
• Collaborating with Delegated Authority Underwriting teams and other departments involved in Delegated Authority business.
• Participating in DA Data Working Group and Binder Management Forum meetings.
• Providing testing support for future Lloyd's system releases like DCOM and DDM.
