Lead, Pricing - Global Life Insurer (Up to SGD250K!)

We are partnering with a top-tier global life insurer, to help them find a talented and experienced Head of Pricing (Singapore) to join their senior leadership team. This is a key strategic role within the organization, responsible for driving pricing decisions and ensuring the profitability and competitiveness of their life insurance portfolio.

As the Pricing lead, you will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and shape the future of product pricing. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing and dynamic business.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies for the full range of life insurance products to drive profitability and market competitiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of pricing actuaries,
• Partner with product development, underwriting, actuarial, and sales teams to optimize pricing strategies and ensure alignment with overall business goals

What you should have

• At least 12 years of Life Actuarial experience - Pricing experience in Singapore / APAC region required, valuation experience advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex pricing strategies to senior leadership and other stakeholders
• Team/People management skills essential
• Possess actuarial software knowledge like Prophet, SQL, VBA
