Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Actuary for the role of Actuarial Asset Liability Management (ALM) in our Shenzhen office. This role will require you to proactively manage the balance of risk and returns over time under uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to manage insurance and investment risks
• Oversee and quantify capital requirements for ALM risks
• Measure and report on key economic, market, and credit risks
• Build complex risk models and predict likely scenarios

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field
• Professional actuarial designation (FSA, ASA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of actuarial experience, preferably in ALM or risk management
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in economic capital, risk analysis, and financial modelling
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to present complex data in a succinct and clear manner
