As a part of the Pricing and Analytics Team within the wider Performance Management Team, you will work closely with the Head of Pricing and Analytics to provide cutting edge solutions to support the growth and profitability of the business. 

About the role

Together with other likeminded professionals, you will build, maintain and enhance the pricing tools for CFC’s range of products, these pricing tools are fundamental to the very core of our business. Managing & mentoring more junior members of staff, we truly believe the work you and your team contribute to each day has a material impact on almost everything we do here at CFC! You will actively engage with all our underwriting teams, working with them on the technical aspects of pricing models, individual underwriting projects and portfolio optimisation. You will develop and maintain appropriate pricing frameworks and methodologies across all of CFC’s products, including setting the technical price and input into the suggested price. 
 
You will undertake regular granular deep dive analysis across CFC’s products, reviewing rating structures and assumptions against our own experience and external sources as well as identifying and enriching new rating factors to enhance risk selection and long term profitability. 

About you

Well, this is an experienced hire, so we're really keen to learn more about your previous experience in Specialty Pricing, working in a multi-disciplinary team in developing new insurance products.
