Insurance Risk Actuary

pmactuarial specialise in Actuarial search within UK Life insurance. We have been asked to find an Insurance Risk Actuary on behalf of a London based consolidator.

The purpose of the role is to lead and oversee the modelling of insurance risks, the development of internal aggregation approach and maintain the group stress and scenario testing framework.  More in-depth you will be involved in:

*  Lead and oversee the setting of the risk methodologies and calibration for insurance risks

*  Leading the setting of the risk aggregation methodology and calibration process

*  Maintenance of the group-wide stress and scenario testing framework and oversee its implementation

*  Support and review the implementation of the insurance risk models.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Actuary previous experience of developing insurance risk and risk aggregation models using quantitative skills.
