Motor Manager/Director

Job description
1. Responsible for the design and development of products according to the project plan, technical specifications and customer requirements, and the formulation of early process specifications.

2. Responsible for motor design and testing.

3. Responsible for the test scheme and performance evaluation of motor products.

4. Responsible for following up the progress of mass production of new products in the early stage, and dealing with motor parts and technical problems related to motors in the production process.

5. Responsible for the improvement and improvement of motor technology to reduce manufacturing costs.

6. Responsible for the revision and improvement of the company's motor product standards.

7. Responsible for the achievement of team performance and the improvement of team members' technical ability.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical, mechanical and other related majors, more than 10 years of work experience.

2. Familiar with the working principle of the motor, proficient in motor structure or electromagnetic design.

3. Familiar with ISO/IATF16949 system, familiar with DFMEA.

4. English can be used as the working language, can independently and effectively communicate with domestic and foreign customers.
