Want to join a global insurer and manage a research and development function with multiple direct reports?

Eames Consulting has partnered with a leading syndicate in the search for a Senior Catastrophe Research to take a step up and lead an international R&D function with a focus on all Natural Perils. This is an excellent opportunity to become a visible member and have the autonomy to decide what research projects are conducted.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a global R&D function.
  • Project manage model evaluation projects.
  • Complete model development projects.
  • Make suggestions on model adjustments.
  • View of Risk research.
  • Present and communicate research results to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with model vendors and other academic institutions.

The ideal candidate will currently be working in the London Market within CAT R&D and have experience leading R&D projects across multiple classes of business.
