Actuarial Pricing Manager

In this key role, you will support the Associate Director in product innovation while managing a team that provides essential actuarial support. Your main responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing Development: Create and review pricing for new products and campaigns
• Profitability Assessment: Analyse existing products and suggest design improvements
• Implementation Accuracy: Ensure timely actuarial support during product roll out and regulatory approvals
• Experience Analysis: Conduct studies and report on trends
• Actuarial Representation: Represent the Actuarial team in distribution and special projects
• Team Leadership: Oversee task assignments, coordinate resources, and develop team skills
• Special Quotations: Review and prepare special quotations, along with other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of actuarial experience and fellowship in a recognised actuarial examination.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis; knowledge of actuarial software is a plus.
• Strong project and team management skills.
