Job Details
In this key role, you will support the Associate Director in product innovation while managing a team that provides essential actuarial support. Your main responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Development: Create and review pricing for new products and campaigns
- Profitability Assessment: Analyse existing products and suggest design improvements
- Implementation Accuracy: Ensure timely actuarial support during product roll out and regulatory approvals
- Experience Analysis: Conduct studies and report on trends
- Actuarial Representation: Represent the Actuarial team in distribution and special projects
- Team Leadership: Oversee task assignments, coordinate resources, and develop team skills
- Special Quotations: Review and prepare special quotations, along with other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of actuarial experience and fellowship in a recognised actuarial examination.
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis; knowledge of actuarial software is a plus.
- Strong project and team management skills.
