Job Details

Capital Manager sought by a top Personal Lines insurer. Our client are looking for an experienced Non-Life Capital analyst/Actuary to join their Capital & Reporting team as a Capital Manager.

Our client plan to appoint an experienced Capital Manager who will be responsible for managing a small group of analysts in delivering the regulatory Solvency II standard formula and ORSA reports, whilst offering improvements to develop the current reporting process.

Responsibilities of the Capital Manager:

  • Manage and develop the current regulatory reporting process around Solvency II and ORSA.
  • Deliver standard formula regulatory capital to different regulators.
  • Upskill and mentor junior analysts.

Key Experience of the Capital Manager:

  • Strong Non-Life Capital experience, ideally within Personal Lines.
  • Knowledge of ORSA reports and Solvency II standard formula requirements.
  • Prior leadership experience desirable.
