Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Leader

I am currently working with a leading business within the Finance/Banking industry who are hiring for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Services Leader to drive their infrastructure transformation and shape the future of their platform, network, and cloud services. In this strategic role, you'll lead the implementation of key infrastructure projects, oversee cloud (Azure) migrations, and optimize outsourcing models for platform services.

Key responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Support the head of infrastructure in delivering core projects and managing infrastructure operations, driving excellence across cloud, data centres, and networks.
  
  
• Technology Transformation: Lead the infrastructure roadmap, ensuring the successful delivery of cloud and platform services while defining and maintaining technical standards.
  
  
• Project Oversight: Oversee infrastructure projects, manage dependencies, budgets, and ensure smooth daily operations, with accountability for project teams and vendor relationships.
  
  
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize infrastructure performance through effective oversight of both internal and outsourced services.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years in infrastructure services, 5+ years in leadership. Expertise in cloud (Azure), infrastructure outsourcing, and platform services.
  
  
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of hyperconverged infrastructure, containers, OpenShift, Oracle/SQL, Windows/Linux OS, Cisco, and data center management.
  
  
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale projects, and drive strategic infrastructure initiatives.

This position is hybrid-working based in Zurich.
