Longevity Modeller

Our client is looking for candidates with strong technical ability and team collaborative skills to join their team as a Longevity Modeler. In this role, candidates will help the team collect and process mortality data to build models and data products that will be licensed out to pension schemes and insurers.

The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing existing models, as well as developing new products. Extensive experience programming with R will be essential for this role and prior experience applying longevity analytics to insurance or pensions is desirable. Extensive experience problem solving in the data analytics space and ability to work on strict deadlines are also essential. Candidates will be team-oriented and confident in mentoring less experienced members.
