Catastrophe Analyst

Looking to join a small team, work across multiple lines of business, and get involved in speciality projects?

A leading global insurer focusing direct and reinsurance lines of business is looking for a Catastrophe Analyst to join their London-based team. This role will work across all lines of business (both D&F, Binders, and Treaty/Reinsurance) and focus on Nat Cat lines of business. This is an exciting opportunity to progress a career in Catastrophe Modelling by working on a small team of market experts and the flexibility to work independently on a range of projects.

The successful candidate will provide catastrophe analysis and pricing support to underwriters so strong communication skills are necessary. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience with AIR (RMS accepted) and strong technical skills (SQL necessary, Python & PowerBI desired).
