Are you a Catastrophe/Exposure Management Analyst with exposure to Non-Nat Cat lines of business looking for a step up?
Eames Consulting has partnered with a leading syndicate in the search for a Senior Catastrophe Analyst to join its Man-Made/Non-Nat CAT Modelling function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years of experience in a Catastrophe Modelling or Exposure Management to join a large syndicate and work closely with senior underwriters.
This role covers Terrorism, Liability, Casualty, and Political Violence lines of business. The selected candidate will engage with underwriters, senior management, an offshore modelling team, and external regulators to define and improve this syndicates view of risk.
Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio workflows for liability/terror classes.
- Ensure data standards, accuracy, and completeness.
- Report exposure and modelled loss positions.
- Lead regulatory reporting for man-made risk.
- Enhance advanced analytics capabilities.
- Streamline exposure management processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in a CAT Modelling or Exposure Management position in the London Market.
- Strong technical skills (SQL).
- Experience using standard CAT Modelling software (RMS/Verisk), preference will be given to those with experience utilising Sequel Impact.
