Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of the fixed income portfolio operations to ensure compliance with investment policies and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between asset management, the operations middle office, and other relevant departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade support and execution.
• Lead initiatives for asset management client reporting and portfolio analytics with an emphasis on accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Manage and respond to corporate actions in a timely and compliant manner.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients, assuring high standards of client communication and care.
• Navigate and resolve any issues related to asset management operations.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in asset management operations and the dynamics of the middle office.
• Solid understanding of trade support practices within asset management.
• Demonstrated ability in asset management client reporting and portfolio analytics.
• Experience handling asset management corporate actions
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese required

This is a permanent job position located in the Asset Management Operations department of our client's company.
