Exposure Analytics Manager

Eames Consulting has partnered with a leading syndicate in the search for a Catastrophe Risk Professional to join a specialist team above its Exposure Management function. In this role the selected candidate will regularly meet with the Head of Exposure Management, Senior Underwriters, and external stakeholders to influence business decisions and ensure profitability of the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Provide portfolio analysis and present to senior stakeholders to drive change across the syndicate.
• Produce Group-level CAT blueprints to support strategy.
• Support and direct the CAT Research team, provide suggestions on future research and assist with View of Risk validation projects.
• Act as the key point of contact for Lloyd's and oversee all Exposure Management Regulatory returns.
• Suggest and assist with process improvement projects.
• Present Reinsurance packs to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6 + years of experience in a London Market Catastrophe Modelling or Exposure Management position.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present modelling results and suggestions to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CAT Modelling software and ability to have an opinion and explain results (RMS preferred)
• Experience managing or mentoring.
• Experience completing Exposure Regulatory work.
