Leading longevity data business seeking an experienced actuary to join their modelling team

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading longevity data business seeking an experienced actuary to join their modelling team.

You will work as part of a team to collect and process large amounts of pension scheme mortality data to then build models and data products which are licensed by a wide range of pension schemes and insurers. You will then help maintain and enhance existing suite of models and data products, primarily working with R to identify and develop sustainable, repeatable, solutions to problems.

Role requirements:

• FIA qualified actuary
• Experience in longevity modelling from within a pensions consultancy or insurance setting
• Experience of applying longevity analytics in an insurance or pensions context would be desirable but not essential
