The Oliver James Life Actuarial recruitment team has a long-standing partnership with one of the world's leading consultancies within the financial services and insurance sector.

This consultancy is widely known for their success in transforming insurance businesses and actuarial functions, with expertise across the likes of M&A, Capital, regulation requirements, balance sheet reporting and modelling.

One area of focus for this consultancy is to grow their With Profits proposition within the UK market, and to do this they would like to take on a fully qualified actuary with expertise within this field to take a lead on new projects and offer their value to the business and make an impact.

This individual will also have the opportunity to work across multiple actuarial disciplines.

What are we looking for?

• Fully Qualified actuary
• Strong experience in the With Profits area of the market - either at an insurer or a consultancy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Project leading experience
• Experience with people management / mentoring would be highly desirable
