A leading personal lines insurer is looking for a Reserving Manager to join their team focusing on motor insurance.

The role will be reporting directly to the Head of Reserving working with reserving teams covering all areas within Solvency II, regulatory reporting, and improving system automation.

It will be important for the candidate to help improve the development of new and old reserving solutions while utilising the wider actuarial teams around the company.

A suitable candidate will have prior personal lines reserving experience with excellent communication skills.
